The Creative Process

1. Ordering Steps:​ Once we have discussed the theme, size, and date of your commission I will contact you with a payment link to reserve your spot. Please be sure to pay in full within 3 days to guarantee your spot for your piñata(s). 

2. Start of the Project:  I'll send you an email as soon as everything is finalized to let you know that I'll be getting started on your order. If I haven't contacted you yet, don't be alarmed, I will as soon as I start on your piñata!

3. Processing:  TAT typically ranges from 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how many details are on the piñata. Be aware more details means more time, so be sure to order your piñata plenty of time in advance! 

4. Stay in the loop!  Don't be afraid to message me on Facebook, text, on my website, or  e-mail! I will get back to you asap! 

5. Be patient with me! I am dedicated to providing a special creation just for you and your celebration! I appreciate your patience through the process!
