Cancellations

• Cancellation Window:  You have up to 3 days from the date of payment to cancel your piñata commission and receive a full refund, no questions asked.

• Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your order after the initial 3-day window, a cancellation fee of $15 for materials will be deducted from your refund.

• Cancellations by Smash Shack:  You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds & Returns

I do not accept returns on custom piñatas with names, ages, and specifics. 

If for some reason your piñata is damaged, please contact me here.

Refunds will be processed through your original payment method.
