Cancellation Form

I totally get it if you have to cancel. Here are some things you ought to know:

• Deadline: Please get in touch with me no later than three days after placing your purchase.

• Cost: Have you missed the deadline? No problem. A $15 fee will be deducted from you refund for materials. 

• Refund: You will receive your refund via the payment method you chose.
